- Set Grades with Laser, Finish by “EYE“– Grades are set at different intervals, and grading is accomplished by “EYEING” the finish between designated grade stakes.
- Manual Laser Grade – Grades are set at different intervals, and grading is accomplished by following a display, which shows the “level” at which the operator should keep the grade set. This will guarantee better grades are accomplished between designated grade stakes.
- Total Machine Control Laser Grading – Grades are set at different intervals, and grading is accomplished by setting the Laser at one stake and “shooting” the direction of the next grade stake. When this line is set, a “receiver” relative to the blade will transmit the level to a control board. The “signal” will tell the hydraulic system of the grading apparatus to adjust to the laser beam. This form of Laser grading will produce a grade with a tolerance of +/- 1/8” or +/- 1/4”, between the two grading points.
